Reclamations of the product must be reported within one day (24h) of the arrival, to receive full refund.
You can return faulty or wrong product for the driver to take back right away after arrival. Driver will document the information of the reclamation. To make the processing of the reclamation faster, please also notify us of the product return via email, by calling our customer service, or by sending a WhatsApp message
Please store the products at the correct temperature and do not dispose of it before a refund has been issued. Frozen products must remain in their original and intact packaging and be kept at the correct temperature, do not defrost the product.
