Product complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure a full refund. Defective or incorrect products can be returned immediately via the driver.
Please store the product at the correct temperature and do not dispose of it before a refund has been issued. Frozen products must remain in their original, intact, and clean packaging and be kept at the correct temperature, do not thaw the product.
